Hey, my name is Eric and I just purchased my first bike. Its a 1976 KZ400 I am only twenty two years old and have loved the kz bikes since i can remember and now i have my own! Well if anyone has any ideas for my bike let me know!

Welcome, That looks like a cherry bike and i would just ride it.
It is a nice looking ride.
Get you a manual and get familar with the maintaince and enjoy the bike. Roy

Yep, for now... just ride it! It's your first bike, when you out grow it, if you can - keep it. I'll always miss my first bike...

I'm with Roy. Install gasoline, operate ignition, and find a backroad. In short, ride that clean 400, and learn to fix what comes up as you go. Oh yeah, if you havn't already, take the MSF Safety Course. Its totally worth the time and money.

beauty of a bike looks 100% stock, and almost showroom new,wash n wax, and at most soda blast aluminum engine so she sparkles and shines do nothing else, dandy as she is.Welcome to KZR nation. regards Duke
