Hello from Northern Ireland

Hello everyone , I,ve just found this site today through another forum and look forward to being a member on here.
I have a 1981 registered c3 that I bought in 1984 and kept it on the road until 1999 ish . I started a winter project them which for various reasons has led to a 10 year gap. I had the frame powdercoated then and my wife bought me a new seat , hagon shocks and a harris 4-1 over a few months. I,m just starting to work on it again and came across kz650.info and now this one as well . I didnt take any photos during stripdown and 10 years is a long time so I,ll be asking a lot of questions I,m sure > I will post a couple of photos of the bike taken around 1986 I think before it was repainted etc. I dont intend to restore it to original spec but rather do it up to the way I would have back in the 80,s .

Welcome aboard! Whereabouts are you from in NI? My parents came over from Belfast about 25 years ago, most of my family is still there

I,m living in a village called Eglinton which is about 7 miles from Limavady and 75 miles from Belfast . The bike going by the number plate was first registered in Belfast in March 1981 and I,m going to try and locate them if possible .
