Hello from my 85 GPZ550

Hello,

I am Travis, from Northern AZ. I now ride a GPZ550 and very much enjoy the bike. It was given to me by the owner of our Honda store as a gift for a 'Job well done!'.

Has 15500 miles, is black/red with k@n filters and a four into one pipe system.

I hope to get to know some peeps in my area so we might be able to do some casual riding.

I now own a KZ1000 (the 550 was just to small for me [6'4" 250] that I absolutely love. Rides like a smaller bike and runs great too. It's a Police 2002 model.

Question: can I use a 4 into 1 exhaust off an 80's LTD? AND How well will it run with pods instead of the standard air box, or will it run better at all?

The only other mods I have done are cutting the giant windshield down and removing the center cargo box. I plan on having a rear seat made asap.
