KZ noob

just wanted to say hello, in the past couple weeks i picked up an 83 750 spectre and a 78 KZ650 i plan on fixin up and they both need a little work so i thought this would be the place to come.

I'm also starting another 650 project.

thanks for the welcome everyone, i will get some pics up thursday maybe. im really excited to learn more about the KZs as most of my experience is with hondas(cb750) and XS yamahas. both bikes need some love but i must say im very impressed with the performance of the spectre but the 650 i havent had enough time to get it runnin good enough to beat on yet. i think if i can get the 650 runnin good im really gonna like it. tyler

Welcome Tyler! The 650 is a bullet proof bike and with reasonable care will run forever! I've had mine for almost 30 years and racked up 66,000mi and it STILL runs hard to redline! Fun bikes for sure! Got pictures?????????????
