Hi everyone.
Been on this site for a while but have not posted. Really found a lot of great info here.
I bought a much neglected 75 Z1B 900 last spring. It has had the following work by the previous owner. 4-1 header of unknown manufacture, high performance cam again of unknown manufacture, bored oversize to 1075 or so and aluminum rims. It appears to have Mikuni 26mm carbs with K&N pods. Dyna 3 ohm coils with electronic ignition.
Drove all last year as is and reworked it over the winter. Installed new fork seals and progressive springs. New rear shocks also with progressive springs. Changed all the wheel bearings and the swing arm too. Put in tapered bearings in the steering head. New handlebars with a little shorter width and a bit more pull back, added foam grips and mirrors as well. Put on a fiberglass fender in front and lost the chrome one in back (which necessitated a bracket for the taillight and plate). New turn signals. Corbin seat and a case guard. Re-did the old brittle wiring with new harness and bulk wire. It’s still a work in progress but ain’t they all? I’ll post a pic or two when I can.

Is that a picture of the OCC inbreds? :woohoo: Welcome out of Lurksville and in to the light! Your ride sounds great show us some pics and you will receive bacon!!! Which is nice! Well maybe just oooh's and aaaaah's which are also nice!
