I have a 1977 KZ1000 that I've owned for 26 years. It's an ongoing project that's nowhere near finished.

It's nothing special, but I'll never part with it! lol

Next on the list is a full streetfighter makeover with gixer front end and wheel, gixer swingarm, shock and rear wheel and a few more motor mods.

Lol, well I have read a few of your posts and I can clearly see your love of the classics, but there are enough 1000's to go around and besides, I've always loved modding bikes and this bike has been an ongoing project since I bought it 26 years ago. The only restraint has been cost.

Welcome to the board. It's funny how we can't seem to turn loose of the Z bikes. I have had a couple others in the time I have owned the 75. I bought her for $500 in 1987.
