Just got on to do the intro thing. I bought a 1979 KZ650 B from a divorcing relative, couldn't pass up the deal. No rust and a minor split on seat being the only cosmetic problem. Have been riding off and on(more off, though) since I was 16, am now 44. Have never owned anything but Kawasaki, usually just being at the right place at the right time to get them. Anyhow, its been 16 years since my last bike over 175cc's, and I haven't a clue on some of the mechanical repairs needed. Found this sight and couldn't believe my luck. Looking forward to picking many a brain in the process of getting the bike back to spec. Thanks in advance and keep up the great work on these forums. -GF
