Hi from Michigan!
25 Mar 2009 13:23
Just thought I'd stop and say hello to all the KZ riders. Just bought myself a 77' KZ650 from the original owner with 2,973 miles on the machine. Great condition....will post pics soon and project ideas.
Ride safe;)

Welcome.
Wow that is low miles!
Be ready to hear from lots of members to keep it stock (if it still is) and not to mod it.
To me, do what you want with it, it yours.
Is it a B or C model?
Serial/VIN # on the steering head will tell.
You can look up the different models in the kz650info link in my signature.

Welcome 2 da Zone! Good to see another Michigander on the site. Looks like you got a great deal on the scoot. I bought a 1979 SR 650 4 years ago with 5820 miles on the clock and I am sure you will have as many smile miles as we have with your new toy.
The 650's are great bikes and should take you anywhere you want. Good luck!

We're only going to give you 1 more day for those pictures before we come up to Michigan to take them ourselves. Please keep in mind there are more than 15,000 of us members and YOU are going to buy the beer!
Welcome to the site. Ed
