Gday all,

Ive been a longtime Kawasaki man and have recently bought a KZ750S LTD. I purchased it in pretty good shape and have spent some time and effort making it a bit neater.

This is how I bought it:

I've done the following work since buying it:
- new handlebars, lower/wider ones
- new hand grips
- replaced the front brake master cylinder and lever (GTR1000)
- replaced the clutch lever and base (GTR1000)
- new indicators front and rear
- replaced the headlight with a bottom mount headlight
- new rear brake light
- modified rear fender (shortened by about 5" )
- polished the wheels
- polished the engine cases
- had the tank and side covers painted

and this is the progress so far:

Still to do:

- black exhaust wrap for the headers
- badges for the side covers
- new tyres
- heaps of other little bits as time goes on

Welcome home retrozedual...nice job you are doing on your bike...we never got the 750 twin S model in North America (K and M models...very similar).

Thanks for the responses and welcome. I'm actually in Sydney (but don't hold that against me ;) ) the bike just had an ACT plate on it when I bought it even though it wasnt registered. But that has all changed - this arvo I got it registered and insured so I am all set to go and ride it! B)

Ive ordered some new tyres but they're not whitewalls. I had trouble deciding whether to get new whitewalls but decided against them in the end. Might get 'em next time.
