Another new Austin KZ owner saying hello

Greetings all, thought I'd stop by and say hello. I just got my 1992 KZ1000P Saturday and took her about 100 miles yesterday. She's AWESOME! Her previous owners have taken great care of her, and I intend doing the same. Seeing as I am so proud of her, just thought I would share with everyone. So here she is.

She has a few modifications, as soon as I get updated images I'll get them to you. The major changes are the amber strobes have been replaced with clear wide angle spots, and the blue police strobes have been re-attached to the front engine guard.

That was probably the bigest selling point, I'm even getting a white Scorpion EXO100 half shell helmet to make it even more so.

I would love to know what it is like when driving a Cop Bike on the road. Do people get out of the way and slow down fast? I immagine it would be pretty effective getting through rush hour traffic...Russ

It's awesome, I was running about 5 miles under the speed limit on purpose yesterday and NO ONE would go arround me, until one redneck in a pickup noticed I was laughing my head off, then a couple of people went around.

I did notice it was VERY EASY to get into traffic, for some reason everyone wanted to let me in FRONT of them. :silly:
