New member in Austin, TX

Hello everyone! I am the proud owner of a 76 KZ900 A4, and I have owned numerous bikes in the last 30 years. Kawasaki has always been my favorite...I had a new Z-1R "back in the day" (wish I still had it), a CSR 1000, and an 86 Connie. The 900 is mostly original with 12K...faded paint (nice patina), 29mm smoothbores, Kerker pipe, Dyna ignition...just a nice clean old Zed. Next month, I will be Daytona Bike Week bound....my annual trip! This site is great...glad to be a member.

Hey Mike, welcome to the site. That sounds like an awesome bike! I've got a '76 900 too, just the Ltd version. Are you taking the 900 to Bike Week?

The 900 will go to Bike Week with me (on a trailer)...even the Harley guys like it! I will get some pics up soon...I am still digital camera "challenged".

Yea, I know, trailers are for boats...I am just not as young as I used to be, and neither is the KZ. Any body else headed to Daytona?
