just got ma' first (motor) bike
21 Aug 2008 16:09 - 21 Aug 2008 16:14
hi, everybody!
I just got my first motorcycle a couple weeks ago. Its a 1982 Kawasaki kz550 ltd. I'll put a pic below. I'm having what APPEARS to be a slight elec. issue at the moment, which I'm hoping to have sussed out by next week. That being said, it sat in a basement for a year and a half, fired up with a tank of gas and a quick jump, and made the ride back to my friends garage, where its at now. I'm thinkin for $600, it was a good deal. I'm sure I'll be hittin up the tech. forums soon enough, and it is my FIRST bike, so I'm not even gonna PRETEND to know everything here:)
anyhoo, I just wanted to say hi, show some pics of my new girl, and I'm lookin forward to more! Cheers!!

I was thinking the same, nice shot. Ditch the plastic bag, refill the rear tire and that would be a nice start to a photo series.
