got a few things lined up to do, needs the jetting sorting, some better rubber and a repaint. want to get rid of the rear chrome fender and sort a seat that has some foam in it.
but just being back on two wheels is good for me, took 8 years to convince the girlfriend to let me have another road bike

Hi Rob. Welcome! You'll have a good time on this site. Lots of great people with lots of great info here.

What part of the UK are you at?
Happen to be from Scotland?
I was stationed there on a submarine drydock back in the late seventies. It was at a place called Holy Loch, near Dunoon, Argyll. Beautiful country there!
Would have loved to ride it on a motorcycle, but there was no one hiring them.

Nice bike BTW!

Welcome.

That is a nice C1.
I like blue and vote to keep it that way if the paints good.

There is some 650 specific info available here as well:
www.kz650.info/ .

The rear fender was one of the first things to go on mine.
I had been without for so many years, I found one and put it on for a while.
It came off again soon after.
