Hello Everyone!!

Hi, My name is Marc and im from Rockford,Illinois.
Ive been a lurking Guest on this site for sometime because i almost bought a 76 Z1 900 last fall and was just looking up stuff on the net.
Well I finally bought me a nice project bike and it came with 2 parts bikes to boot!
Its an 84 GPZ 750 and it came with 2 83 GPZ 750 parts bikes.
None of these bikes have ran in years so ive got some carb work to do.
The 84 has 14000 miles on it and is all stock but has been sitting about 8 years stored inside.(Its my keeper)

One of the 83s is mostly there but some dummy left the 2 outermost spark plugs out of the motor and then proceeded to leave it outside the last 10 years and thats a shame cause it only has 12000 miles on it.The bonus part on this bike is that it has a Basani Superbike headpipe.

Ok guys I know that these arent exactly KZs but they are Kawasaki and Old school cool!! Tell me what you think?

any kawasaki is a good one to have..i seen the bumper sticker on old kawmans site says, these old kaws dont get put out to pasture..and they dont i was on the verge of buying a 1200 nightster..but opted for this 82 kz1000 god im glad i did

The Basani was more or less the selling point to me !lol
Ive already started installing a complete rebuild kit for all 4 carbs and also have a stage 3 Dynojet to compensate for the pipe!
I plan on asking a ton of questions in the carburetor forum!

I have a 1983 gpz750 I'm putting together. The kawasaki manual I have for it has a picture of a gpz on the front cover but it's called 80-83 kz750 manual, so your good to go!
