Just wanted to drop in and introduce myself. I hail from Lafayette, IN. I have a '78 KZ650C that I picked up in 2002. It was a project bike from PO so it's not stock: red, triple discs, cast alloys 16"rr/19"fr, V&H 4-into-1, pods, aftermarket mini turnsignals, shorter shocks in rear, and drag handlebar. Been grappling with electrical & mechanical gremlins almost since the day I rode it home:S . It is currently completely disassembled slowly being put back together with a whole new look. Been lurking on here and KZ650.info for some time now:blush: . Thanks to this forum, I was inspired and felt comfortable enough to tear into my bike. Got a ton of information, links to some great vendors (Z1 Enterprises!) and gained more knowledge here than I could ever have imagined:cheer: . I'm always reading and gawking at some of the members projects. The projects forum is just about my favorite!

I will see if I have any pics of the bike and try to post them soon.
