750 CSR
27 Jun 2008 09:32
Hello, I recently purchased a 1982 KZ750 CSR M1.
I love it. I would like any info that anyone has about intricasies of the bike. I am also looking for a short style backrest ( I don't like the Tall one that is on the bike now. Any info would be appreciated.

Well... like toolmaker wrote, they are pretty much bullet proof, except for the starter clutch...
I believe yours is electric start only (no kick start), right? So be prepared to maintain that starter clutch ... learn about how the work, how they fail...

Yep, all the 750 twins have the kickstart lever, and it's a good thing they do, the electric start can be troublesome
