Hello,
My name is Mike. I ride an 81 1000 LTD that I purchased new in the spring of 81 at Dallas South Kawasaki. It's been up and down over the years with some mods like a 4-1 Kerker, pods, stage 3, and Dyna coils. It's back to factory air and exhaust now but I've been making some changes to it over the past 2 years. This spring saw it stripped down to the frame for powder coat, SS brake lines, new handle bars, and a few other cosmetic changes including new color as my first attempt at painting. I do my own work on my bike and have since the warranty expired on it. I'll try to post some pictures of it's current condition. I've been a member over at BTK for a while now and know a few of the members here from that time.
