new guy, hope you guys are ok with chops

ok, here goes. Hi all im Astro, from Davenport Florida. Ive got a 77 kz650 bobber/chopper, whatever you wanna call it. I got razzed on the forum for my 750 nighthawk chop. I hope y'all are a little more friendly to us that cant keep a sawzall away from perfectly good bikes otherwise. im actually trying to find a new frame and restore my kz... i already screwed up the 'hawk too bad to redo it plus it runs so i hope i can find some friends in here that are fellow kz nuts

I'm not a fan - at all - but I know there are some other guys here who like that sort of thing so I'm sure you'll hear from them shortly.

PS Choppers suck.

I'm not much of a fan of choppers or bobs either since my old back simply can't handle the riding position :pinch:, but it looks like you did a pretty clean job in converting that 650 into a rigid chop.

that is what I do I love the kz cops it looks like you are keeping the old school chop look and just have fun with it:cheer: I have pics of my personal everyday rider chop in the new members it is called bike builder from VA check out the pics

will do, i love chops of any kind... my brother in law and i built that bike in 2 20 hour weekends. Its got a foot clutch/jockey setup hand made seat and a few other little touches, gettin ready t tear into it and finish it as soon as it gets here, its still back in illinois.
