Sorry , it is a 1980 KZ1000LTD . I have done a litle research since I bought it and found out that it has a 1982 KZ1000 motor wich is good in one way, they had 102 HP instead of the earlier 92 HP plus torque was also up on that motor. I was wondering why the valve covers were more square and had an extra bolt on the outside than on other covers on the 1980-81 bikes I looked at on the forum.
