Proper Post

This site has already helped me a great deal. And would like to thank you all. Could one of the members direct me to or explain how to do a proper post. You all have a photo or picture by your member name to the left, and underneath your message is a dotted line and below where you may be from and the model of your bike. I would like mine to look a little more like that. Thanks BIGD.

Easy, look under where it says to logout in the right side column, you will see "Profile" in green letters, click it, you will see a "tab" for "edit", when you put your mouse pointer over it you will see "update your image", that is where you can upload your "avatar" image, pay attention to the size limitation though, you will also see "update your profile", that is where you can add stuff to your signature line like what bike you have and such.

Over in the right hand column, click on Profile.

Point to Edit, then click on Update Your Profile.

Click on Forum settings.

Then type in whatever text you desire in the large Signature box.

The signature may be changed anytime and relates back to appear in all prior postings.

May also copy and paste text into the signature box.

You may use an avatar image from any source.

Every post is a proper post!
Click on 'Profile' on the upper right side of the page.
Find the 'Edit' button. You can add/update an avitar (the little picture on the side of our posts), and you can add a signature line. Something like "Death to Harleys!". Or maybe not that one...
