Do post up some pictures of your bike. We love pix!
After checking your spark on all 4 (from other post), check your gas flow (you have gas right?).
You can open the drain screws on the bottom of the carbs a little and see if gas will drip out. If it does, you know your getting gas to each carb.
If no gas is there, (gas petcock/valve on tank is on right?) the petcock may need cleaning, or you may have rust or other debry in the tank.
On a Vacuum type petcock (has two lines on the petcock. one larger gas line and a smaller vacuum line) if the vacuum line is not attached on both ends, gas wont flow.
