May be running on just three cylinders.
If not already done, could try hand bottle water spray onto headers at idle speed. If cylinder is firing, the water sizzles and fries off.
If a cylinder is mis-firing, would first assure all non-carb elements (compression, valve clearances, ignition components) are up to specs before addressing carbs.

She's definitely got fire on all 4. Black painted header pipes no longer have paint on 'em after warm up the other day. Plus it smooths out just off idle and rips mid through upper RPMs.

i vote for unsynced carbs or clogged fuel system... my bike is a good example of what happens but i fixed it.
it would go away if you revved it up

artonsafari, I agree with everyone here but exhaust leaks at the head come to mind too??

Doesn't appear to be any blow by at the headers. The exhaust seems pretty well sealed.
I gotta get off my arse and either buy or find someone with a manometer.
