Hi all I'm the proud new owner of a 79 kz 1000. I will need some help with things and I hope as I learn I'll be able to help others as well.

Welcome to the site. There are a lot of members here with a lot of know how. Whatever problems you have I'm sure we can figure them out. What type of bike is it? Also if you have any pics that would be great. We love the pics!

I will post the bikes issues in a little wile but Here is a pic if I can get it to load. Some notes about the bike it has no guages (need parts) and It has hi compression pistons but otherwise is basicly stock in the engine arena.

Welcome! I saw that bike either on ebay or cycletrader.com when I was looking for a bike recently. Glad it went to a good home. That shark/barracuda paint job is cool.
