Hello from the Rocket City was created by tjhiggin
Greetings from Huntsville, Alabama. Last week I won a really nice bone-stock '83 KZ1100 shaftie on ebay, item 140148062730. Picked it up on Saturday in Tenn. with only 8700 miles on it. Took it out for a leisurely spin on Sunday, now it has almost 8900. 
It's my first big bike and my first bike with shaft drive. The power is most impressive; the acceleration through the gears is effortless. Handling is also very impressive; I was NOT expecting this big of a bike to be this nimble in the curves. I LOVE my new toy!

Welcome aboard tjhiggin, I agree with Mcdroid I would keep one of them, I had a 650 Nighthawk I sold when I got my 05 Warrior and man I miss that bike . 
Now I have the KZ 650 project to help me forget about my other 650 :lol:
