Noob
18 Apr 2007 22:54Hello to all. I just started riding 3 years ago and I figured I would start with a small bike so I bought a 2004 Kawasaki Vulcan 2000 for my first bike. The guys I ride with thought it was a little funny to be riding such a small bike. I thought I"d start somewhere.:woohoo: Then this year I thought I would start a long term project so I purchased (2) 1979 Kawasaki KZ1000ST's. One runs and has a title but the other is a basket case but i think I can salvage it. I will get pictures soon. Hey does anyone live near Fort Collins Colorado?
Catch ya later,
Noob AKA chucku2

Link14 lives up in that area. Welcome to the forum! There are alot of Colorado guys here and in your post did you mean Vulcan 200 and not 2000 seeing that 2000 was just made a year back and no one can call a 2000 a small bike, since it is the biggest. I send you my good luck! Plus put your location in that signature

Welcome!
Glad you found this site. Those KZ1000s will make nice project bikes.
Like kzwolfsr said, you probably meant a Vulcan 200. The KZ1000 will be a whole different breed of cat!
Don't forget to post pictures!

No I actually meant 2000. It was sarcasm...pretty thick if I do say so myself.
