what is this

i found this bike in a shed it is a kawasaki it says 750 on rear fender it is black and orange,the vin#jkakzdl1xdao14525.any help in iding this would help.i want to make an offer to buy it if it is worth anything. thanks:whistle:

It looks like the 750e3s with the black paint and orange stripes,it has the rectangular headlight and small sport farring wich looks to be factory.
