Have an old Vetter Windjammer and wonder what you guys have found successful for polishing scratches in the polycarbonate AKA Lexan AKA Plexiglas windscreen?

Also wonder if anyone has found a molding that works well and doesn't cost as much as the stuff from craigvetter.com

Thanks,

try 3500 grit wetsanding, then use 3M Perfect-It II on a foam waffle buffing pad, do not exceed 1400 rpm with the buffer and keep it moving. also, do not let the rubbing compound dry on the windscreen, just buff until it starts to get a light haze, and then wipe off with a microfibre towel. allowing the foam pad to dry out the compound will make more scratches than it will remove. Let me know how it turns out.
