New seat covers was created by rgpbeme
I found a place that makes new stock seat covers for our old bikes. The sew them up when they get the order.
They even add around 1/2" of foam in them to make up for wear and tear. They come in about any color you want you just pick it from a chart. The covers run around $65
$7 extra for premo material. They even have the long grained material which is hard to find

I am having one built for my 79 MK2

Let us all know how it turns out. I've seen their website, they look like they would be good folks to deal with. Family business, here in the US, been around awhile, covers sewn to order, gotta love all that.
