Trying out hand pin striping was created by Buzz Nichols
I've decided to get some pinstriping paints and brushes and practice on glass. I don't expect to master the kind of stuff real pinstripe artists do, but I figure I should be able to get good at doing straight lines of uniform thickness, so I can do simple traditional striping. (If I'm being entirely honest, I'm also hoping one or both of my kids, both of whom are way more artistic than me, will pick it up and start mastering the more challenging stuff.)

Does anybody here have any experience with this? Any advice?

Is this thing working? Is this thing on?

Practice, practice, practice !
I got the same bug a couple of years ago, now that I'm retired I hope to put some more time into it.  I'm getting better but still have a ways to go.

Get up on Youtube and search for 'Royal Enfield pinstriping'.  Very impressive.

Impressive is a real understatement.
