Why no KZ650SR tanks?

This is just a rant (unless someone who sees this has an SR tank for sale), but why are there so many used tanks for KZ650 CSR, LTD, etc., but no SR tanks out there? That's the one cosmetic thing my bike needs. It's got a cherry CSR or LTD tank on it now, but it would be so much better if it had an SR tank on it. I see dozens of the regular ones, and the only SR tanks I can find are in rough shape.

They sold like 50 KZ650B and C to every SR sold, so the standard tank will always be more common. The LTD tank in the KZ650 is exactly the same tank as the SR, but of course painted different. The CSR was not very common, so I would doubt too many used tanks for them come up.

There's a KZ650 Ltd tank on eebbaayy. I believe the coffin shape is the same as the SR. It has had some repairs & with the repaint it's difficult to say what the true condition is. The listing has a make offer option. don't let the asking price influence an offer.

Thanks for the links, guys! I guess I didn't realize just how uncommon the SR model was.

That eebbaayy (side note, why does everyone spell it that way on this forum?) tank may work. I am supposed to go up to PA tomorrow to get another 650SR bike, with spare parts, for about what that tank would cost me (and this tank is supposed to be pretty nice). If the tank on the parts bike isn't as nice, I may go the route of the linked tank.
