Ceramic coating exhaust....experiences? Pictures!?

I used some VHT in a rattle can on the old chromed Kerker header that came with my 650. It was pitted badly and had some surface rust. I lightly media blasted it to get the loose rust off and sprayed them with black VHT. It bonded to the chrome with no issues. Cost less than 20 bucks and has held up very well for 5 years now.

I hate cleaning and polishing chrome headers, coated or stainless is the way to go in my book. ;)

If I knew what I was doing all the time life wouldn't be any fun.

Also,be sure to ask your shop about what kind of prep work they'll do for the quoted price.
If the price only includes coating then you'll either have to prep them yourself or pay more.
