Maybe some copper stripes or copper emblem on the tank to help it flow?

It's alright on the headlight, but the backs of the gauges seem like there's just too much of it. I'm with desert here, maybe if you get a similar color going on some other accent areas so it's not just those three pieces sticking out.

I haven't tried this stuff, but a bunch of the kids in my car club have been getting into a thing called plasti-dip. I think it looks a little half-assed myself, but... you can spray it on, and peel it off without damaging the finish underneath. I think they have kind of a copper color of the stuff. And I know they have black. Maybe you could experiment with throwing some accents on other parts. And I think the gauges would look good with a ring of that copper, and the rest black. If you don't like it, peel it off. If you do... well, I'd still peel it off and then paint it properly, but you could just leave it too.

Might be worth looking into so you can figure out where you want to go with this, I'm under the impression it's pretty cheap. I like the copper color, I just think it stands out a little too much how it's done there.

I agree - blackout the back of the gauges and then look for small accents - not too many! Good looking bike!
