Finished today. This has been in various stages for a couple months, but its all together now with rear fender eliminator, rear hugger, fairing back on, and new 650 tail piece. Last detail was cleaning up the fender eliminator w/ new tail piece, hadda tuck it up a bit further to clean up the lines. Finally!!!!

Looks great, Pat! Thinking about white letter tires next time..how are those for grip/mileage?

grip seems really good...they hold nice as far as I've leaned it over so far...but whacking the gas half way thru a curve will get it squirrley!...only has them on since July, I think.....so mileage jury is still out.

indykaw, you have done some great work. Very nice!
What quarter-fairing do you have? It fits the KZ to a T.

Here's a link to the fairing mfg. website. Got mine thru JC Whitney...$79.95 a year and a half ago. Its the large round GP sport fairing.

Thanks for the comments folks....means alot to get good remarks when embarking into the unknown (rear hugger, 650 tail....etc)
p.s....I got this one 'cause I thought it looked most like that on the ELR's
