new flame job for the tank

My friend John wanted to practice his flames on a tank so I let him try on my spare tank. He did an awesome job. The pics really don't do it justice and it looks 100x better in the sun. i'm almost ashamed to put it on my bike since the rest needs more work. He did the side and tail in just gloss black. Once I get them back I'll get more pics.

Actually, those are some of the more innovative (translated - nicer) flames I've seen...what would your friend charge for painting/flaming a bike?

It's funny that so many people don't realize that their reflection shows up in a photo. As an example, check out this stud's gut. Did any of you happen to see the photo of a dining room table for sale on eBay, with the fat and naked photographer very visible in the mirror behind it?:laugh:

Thanks for the compliments. I'll get some pics of the whole bike pics once it get the side pieces back and upgrade a few things.

It would depend on the type of bike and if any prep is involved. If it a newer sportbike with lots of plastic and the tank has dents and scratches it would be a lot more than say my KZ with a perfect tank. Let me know what it's for and I'll see what he'll do it for.
