GPz mirrors was created by Lord Zarkon
Like all GPz riders, I look at my shoulders a lot. Has anyone fitted other mirrors, like from a Gixxer or whatever, to a GPz? My other evil plan would be to have a machine shop bend-n-extend the arms down and to the outside. All thoughts will be entertained without prejudice.

Is this for the handlebar mounted mirrors, or the fairing mount mirrors?

If the latter, the mirrors from the 85~87 ZX600 Ninja/87~92 EX500 are a direct fit. They look a little nicer IMHO than the original GPz mirrors, since they have the rubber "sleeve" that covers the stem, giving them a more aerodynamic/integrated appearance.

Plus they seemed to last quite a bit longer before getting the "buzz" at certain RPM's, and never loosened to the point of needing constant readjustment.

I see aftermarket sets listed on eBay once in a while, and IIRC they sold for about $30.

zr7-s mirrors also are used. I have some aftermarket with spacers, never seen a set like it before, but the spacers work wonders.

84 GPZ750. Modded with stock Kawasaki parts: ZR-7 shock, ZX-6 coils, GPZ1100 throttle, EN454 brake, GPZ900 fuse box, etc. and non stock: Ken Sears mirrors, K&N filter, Pirelli Sport Demons.

Most of my fairing was left in the intersection where I got hit last year, now I have bar mounted mirrors. Problem solved! ;)

Have you thought about bar end mirrors? I picked some mountain bike mirrors for mydragbars and they work awesome, no vibrations at all and they look good and are cheap too. Theres pics if you click my pic below.
