I'd like to learn how to make my own, bend it and such, as mine has a crack as well. :(

You can make a mould of your old screen. Remove your screen and tape it up or use whatever means you ned to, to get it back together again. You want to make sure the inside is smooth, as you will be making a male mould.
Now you can use a mould release agent on the inside of the old screen. cut some plywood or similar to dam off the end of the screen and pour in some expanding foam, or if you want to make a few, you can laminate fibreglass on teh inside of teh old screen.
Let whatever you used as a mould set, then remove it and clean up the edges. Now you want to glue some nice soft material like a synthetic suede or whatever to the outside of teh mould, so your perspex wil not mark up.
Grab some 4x2 timbers that are shorter than the width of your new mould and attach them onto teh base of teh mould. This will allow you to wrap the new plastic around and have it run off the edge of your mould easily.
Then you can greb a piece of plastic (lexan or perspex) heat it in teh oven, if it fits, if not, a large heat gun wil work, but is slow. If using an oven, place teh plastic on a tray, with some sort of high temp soft material unde rit (leather works O.K) You want teh oven not too hot, but hot enough so that you can bend a corner of teh perspex sheet up easily.
Heat it till it goes soft, but not to soft and drape it over the mould fairly quickly. It helps to do this with an assistant for teh first time. Have them ready with a heat gun to aim at stubborm bits.
Run a marker pen around the base of teh mould, remove plastic from mould and trim carefully with a fine hacksaw blade, or a bandsaw if you have access to that luxury.
Your first couple may stuff up on you, but hey, they end up being very cheap!

Regards, Andrew.
