kz or z? was created by r1ng3l78
i've been finding some really cool looking seats on z650s. i'd never heard of one and wondered what the difference was. will one of these seats fit my 78 kz650?

The bike was a KZ in North America, Z in Europe. Any seat made for a Z650 will fit a KZ650 just fine. I always question those hump back seats. What good are they? You could never carry a passenger unless they like torture. Also the looks sure don't appeal to me at all. An LTD style seat has some appeal, double buckets, humpbacks ect, yuk.

321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.

The hump is there to keep you on the bike under hard acceleration, I almost lost a V-max years ago, only thing that kept me on was the slight hump in the seat.
