Anyone Using a QuickSilver Fairing on a KZ650

I have a Vetter QuickSilver fairing that came with my KZ650. I am thinking of putting it on the bike. The wind down here is ferocious at times, and the prevailing wind is the same as the freeway. It's like driving at 90-100mph at times. Thinking the fairing may help a bit. I had one on an old GL1000 about 15 years ago and liked it pretty well.
Do these work OK on the KZ?

I'm not familiar with the Quicksilver fairing but would think any fairing would help with the wind. I started last season without my fairing from the previous year because I liked the look without it on. After my first long ride I had to put it back on because my neck and shoulders were sore from the wind.

I think the Quicksilver would be ideal for the 650, it's not as big and bulky as the full size Vetter fairings.

Not a Shoei on mine, Komine I believe. A fariing I bought at the bike wreckers in the '80s.

Well, I put it on, and I have to say, it does a good job. Makes the bike much more comfy at hiway speeds.

I think it looks good on there, much better than the full size ones. I'd like to have a QuickSilver to put on a 750 twin.
