Re those shorter clutch and brake cables with the Superbike bars - do you happen to recall which exact cables you chose that were the right length? Thanks.

If he doesn't reply, what you can do is disconnect your cables at one end, then figure out the overage.
You should remove & measure your cables to verify how long they are & what the slack is.
Z1Enterprises.com lists the cable lengths & slack. Whatever cable you get, make sure the slack is the same or slightly greater than what your bike currently has, otherwise the fit may be too tight (don't ask how I know, doh).
