I used the MAIER side panels on mine and replaced all the rubber grommets. The "Moly" hardware with the Maier panels hold them in REAL snug. I like them.

Kawasaki Motorcycles...because cars lean th wrong way!

New grommets are probably a good "trick";)

Having said that, the side covers of the Z1A (had pods) flew off a few times and one got run over :ohmy:
and one (the right one) of the KZ900 covers wants to fly away - maybe I should take my own advice and replace the grommets :laugh:
