Seat cover questions. was created by 1997dr650
Bike in question is a 1980 440 Ltd... I order a seat cover for tha specific bike but the new cover seems to be right size but raised and low proportions seem out off... hopefully someone will have some input to where I went wrong... supplier says should be correct

We're there variations in seats for 1980 440 Ltd model or possibly seat has been swapped... look correct?

Have you tried putting it on and pulling it tight (not too tight) to see how it fits? Don't forget the sponge isn't perfect so you might need to "manipulate" It a bit

Problem solved ,... I was looking at new cover wrong ... I thought that # 1 was the start of raised area when in fact # 2 is .... just made different than original.... actually very good fit
