Looking to put extended fork tubes or an entire front end assembly onto my 1982 Kawasaki KZ440 frame to make it stretch out a bit, something like 6-8” over stock. Looks like the stock tubes are 33mm. Are there any fork tubes or front ends that you guys know of that could be used for this?

Welcome to KZRider
No idea if anyone make a compatible  tube for 6 to 8 over  front end
Brings back memories of my 71 HD Sportster with 6 over tubes
Looked kool in 1971,  Haven't see one in 40 years.
Good luck and welcome to the forum

Just my opinion but have you thought this through ? Most "chopper"style bikes also have the head stock angle pulled back to increase rake. If you simply extend the forks it will pitch the bike up at a crazy angle and the stand won't reach the ground until the bike falls over (you could extend it but it would be real long) as I say just my opinion
PS: if you want to extend the forks you could look at my build thread for how I did it

The frame fabrication and rake has already been altered in a way to account for the change in height. Just need the fork assembly now.
