So on my 82 kz440 the rear tire is 130/90-16. Would a 130/90-19 tube work inside of it or no?

No.  If you have a 16" diameter wheel, you need a 16" diameter tube.  And just to be clear the "-19" in 130/90-19 is the rim diameter.

Here's a heavy duty IRC tube from Z1Enterprises.com. 3mm thick. made in Japan & price looks good to me.
Other tubes are listed but didn't have much info & cost more.
