See image please. Is this correct ? Or does the chainguard flange reside in the front of the rear frame / swingarm? I installed my chainguard with the flange in the front on the frame and then saw this image. I recall the service manual mentioning an offset is required- Meaning the. Front chainguard and the rear chainguard placement is staggered.
Now what ? Lol !

Yes, they are staggered, or at least the one on my B4 is staggered. But it's impossible to get it wrong because the nuts are welded to the chain guard on the back mount I think.

I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.
