I have broken of the plastic bracket on the side covers who goes into the frame for locking the cover to the frame, is there a good way to fix these or must I just try to find some new covers for sales ?

In the future must I be better to "pop out" the cover by pushing on the plastic bracket from the inside and not drag of the cover....

If you have an electric soldering iron and a pice of plastic made of the same type of plastic as the side cover, you can essentially weld the broken piece back on. Be sure to practice on a scrap piece before trying on the real one.
Also, there are a wide variety of plastic welding kits available. I suspect some are better than others.

I did one years ago and it never failed using ABS epoxy and a cut off from an ABS part.

I would probably try to re-use the original stud. except if it does not fit correctly.
The stud itself is probably plenty strong >> the plastic around the stud is what usually breaks. $17 seems kind of expensive to me.

Yes that is my A plan, the studs was expensive, but I will purchase them if plan A is not successful :)

Thank you.

I tested repair with epoxy only, it looks solid, lets see in use :)

I builded up a «dam» with glue first then filled up the dam with epoxy.
