18\" wheel for the front of '82 KZ750e

It's time for new tires on my 82 KZ750e and I'd like to switch to an 18" front wheel so I can get a little better tire selection. Does anyone know what wheel I should be looking for? If I change only the front wheel I would want a wheel that is the same style as the original cast wheel.

Also has anyone tried wider wheels on a 750?

Thanks in advance!

There is a wheel bearing list in the filebase, and as far as I know the only model that use an 18" front mag wheel the same style as yours was the 82 and newer KZ1000P.
And it looks like it uses a larger axle.

The 83-85 GPz750 uses an 18" front (and rear), but it is not a direct fit either, plus it's a different style.
