Wow, where do you even start in describing that "thing"! :ohmy:

Two sprockets on the same shaft but with no chain leading to them, and the fact that it appears that there's not even enough room to do so if you wanted to? = all show, no go.

That front fender design is interesting looking. But absolutely worthless for preventing ANYTHING from being flung up and damaging the bike (or rider for that matter), and is at best just a fancy lookin' fork brace.

Ditto on the rear fender design.

That tank design is original and nice looking.
But with how low it sits and how it flares out that much, it shields the air-cooled engine from receiving almost ANY air to help keep it cool running.

I could go on and on, but will just sum it all up by saying that thing will NEVER be seen as a daily (or even ocassional weekend) rider.
It will either spend the rest of it's days riding around from show to show in the back of a truck or on a trailer, end up gathering dust in someones personal "bike museum", or better yet end up being canabilazed for what few useable parts there are on it to hopefully help create a bike (or bikes) that will actually be ridden.

I think that is a liquid cooled motor (you can see the radiator and hoses), and you can see where it looks like a chain has been eating the frame, below and to the rear of the seat.

The bar with the two sprockets is called a "jackshaft" and is used in lot's of applications, seldomly on a motorcycle though (Rokon Trailblazer was the last one I know of).

Some people may consider it nice to look at, but in my opinion it is nonfuntional. I suppose you could call it "Art", but I don't think it could be called a motorcycle

It looks like it had a chain (actually two of them) on it at one time. The chain comes off the left side of the motor to the left jackshaft sprocket, then another chain goes from the right side jackshaft sprocket to the rear wheel sprocket. If you zoom in on the first pic you can see where the chain was rubbing against the frame right in front of the rear wheel. It kind of looks like the chain was rubbing against the right side exhaust pipe also.

Shade tree engineering at it's worst :laugh: :laugh:

That "thing" cracks me up. In the auction Q&A section, someone asked about the lack of a chain; he replied something about "I just didn't have it on" Meaning he has to roll it around to take photos....
I asked him something like did he really expect to get 9K for it, he didn't take too kindly to the question, let's just say.:ohmy: Mixed in with the expletives, he claims to have over $10,000 and 500 hours into "it". Big waste of time and money, IMHO.

Uncomfortable, unsafe, not to mention uggggly. Thats why the highest bid was only one third of his Buy It Now price. People can be stupid, but not that stupid.
