Fork Brace interchangeability was created by waterman
Anyone know (semi-educated guesses will do too) if a fork brace (probably ATK) from a 78' KZ1000 would fit on my 82' KZ1000LTD?

Nope, the 82 uses much larger fork tubes.

Thanks. Unfortunately, I was high bid with no way out. I'm getting quite an array of stuff to sell on ebay.

waterman, how big of a diameter do you need?

i have one that i suspect might be for a later model bike, and might be interested in a trade, well, if you are?

i'll take pic or two of mine and post them up tonight with some specs. let me know if you are interested then.

Solomrus,

Yeah, I think I would be interested in a trade once I get this one. The sale just closed lastnight so I still need to get possession. I'll keep you posted. Thanks.
