Hi lookin for a set 76 Kz750 twin forks

Hi I'am restoreing a 1976 Kz750 twin I'am looking for a set of front forks and head light brackets mine are in bad shape.I also have an 82 Ltd 750 twin for parts,forks,mags and a spare engine plus other parts for trade.I'am in Nova Scotia,heres my Email if any ones interested- kromoon@msn.com maybe we can arrange something.Thanks great fourm:)

I don't have the forks that you want (not in good shape anyway). but I can provide more info that will help your search

76-77 750 twin fork tubes are the same, 78-80 are an inch longer but otherwise the same. 77-80 KZ650 forks are the same as 76-77 750 twin. The 77-80 KZ1000 fork tubes are the same as 78-80 750 twin, an inch longer than 76-77 750 twin fork tubes.

I have a set of badly pitted 77 750B forks and a set of badly pitted 650 forks, just in case you want to match the ones you have

I have found that the upper fork tubes work real well as cheater bars for my 1/2" drive rachet

i have a set of 750 forks but i dont remember what year i think 77. i bought them to convert the air forks to standard forks on my 82. i dont think they are pitted ill check this afternoon

I have a little tip for all of you people with pitted forks, or any other chrome for that matter. All you need is tinfoil, soap, and water. Dip a ball of foil into the soapy water and scrub away. It will remove rust, stains, and minor pitting from any chrome surface. You can scrub as hard as you like because the steel is much harder than the foil. After that, just keep it waxed to prevent further damage. I have been using this for years, and it really works.
