1st problem with gs arm swap was created by donthekawguy
Ok I put the arm on (without the washers as spacers) and the arm hits the bolt going from the rear brake lever to the M/C rod. The bolt head is real thick and I don't have the spacers in yet so maybe I can grind down the head of the bolt and with arm centered it will fit. Anyone else have this problem? I do have pics but of course I forgot to bring my camera with me to the library. Well of to the hardware store for some washers.

i selieve its like 3/16" on each side if i remember right.i dont remember the problem with brake pedal but as many of these bikes that rolled off the line im sure thres a little bit of variance on them.

Still recovering, some days are better than others.

I ground about half the thickness of the head off. Then I put the arm on and realized the arm sits above the bolt and it won't be in the way. lol

Now I'm just worried about the arm hitting the brake rod mount thinggy. It'll all work out. BTW I fixed all my spelling errors so now it's readable. (Is that a word?)
